Q: AquaBox is suddenly quitting or crashing what should I do?
A: Make sure your data is syncing to the cloud.
1. Go to “Settings”. Tap on your Name. Tap on “iCloud”.
2. Look for Aqua Box under Apps Using iCloud. You may have to tap “Show All”.
3. Make sure the switch is green.
4. Try restarting your iPhone/iPad. If that works then you are done.
5. If restarting does not work then try deleting the app and reloading. Your data is saved to iCloud so you do not need to worry about loosing your data, if you have confirmed this in steps 1-3.
